MSU Hiring Fair June 21 at the Breslin Center

MSU’s Division of Student Life & Engagement (SLE) is hosting a hiring fair Wednesday, June 21 from 3-6 p.m. The event will be at the Breslin Student Events Center located on MSU’s campus at 534 Birch Road, East Lansing, Michigan. Entrance is at the Gilbert Pavilion.

Jobs are available for anyone seeking on-call or temporary employment on campus. Part-time employees, or on-call employees, are hired to work an irregular schedule of hours equating to less than half-time. Temporary employees can work up to nine continuous months of employment.

These positions are a great way to begin a career at Michigan State University. By working on campus in a part-time position, applicants will build experience before applying to regular positions in the future. These positions are also good for those who’ve just graduated from college, are looking for flexibility in their schedule, or want to support MSU students after retirement.

Available positions will be posted online ahead of the hiring fair; interested individuals are encouraged to apply ahead of time and take advantage of in-person interviewing during the event. Parking is available at lot 63 (Southwest Harrison Gate) as well as across Harrison Road at Ramp 7. The Breslin Student Events Center is served by Capital Area Transportation Authority (CATA) bus routes 18 and 20.

Visit go.msu.edu/NonStudentPostings to view available positions.

Student Life & Engagement (SLE) touches nearly every aspect of the Michigan State University campus by providing support and services to MSU students, the campus community and guests.
